Ready your BusinessKnowledge Fabric for Agents

Answers your agent can trace to the source.

Most of what your business knows sits in documents, email and systems an agent cannot read. Roboyo connects one agent to the sources it needs, governs what it may retrieve, and wires retrieval into the agent so each answer can be traced to its source. The knowledge layer stays in place for the next agent.

Where agents go wrong

The model is rarely the problem. What the agent can reach is.

When an agent gives wrong or unsupported answers, the cause is usually the knowledge behind it, not the model. That knowledge is scattered across systems, hard to reach, or held in formats a machine cannot read. A better model alone does not fix this. A knowledge layer does.

Knowledge Fabric for Agents is designed for teams in one of these situations:

  • An agent is in place, but its answers cannot be trusted.

It guesses, or it gives answers no one can check.

  • The knowledge it needs is spread across documents, email and systems.

Text, recordings, images and tables that were never prepared for a machine to use.

  • The target is clear.

There is one agent or AI use case to ground, and the team wants it done quickly.

How it works

Ground one agent. Keep the layer for the next.

We start with one agent or AI use case and the sources it depends on. The pipelines, enrichment and access rules built for it form a knowledge layer that the next agent can use as well.

  1. 01

    Connect

We build pipelines from the sources the agent needs, such as SharePoint, Amazon S3, Google Drive and email. Text, audio, images and tables are ingested, audio is transcribed, and everything is indexed.

What you getPipelines from your sources into one indexed knowledge layer.

  2. 02

    Ground

We enrich the content with metadata and extract the entities it mentions, so the agent can find the right material. Access governance sets what may be retrieved, and continuous reindexing keeps the layer current.

What you getA governed knowledge layer with semantic search and a knowledge graph, kept up to date.

  3. 03

    Activate

We wire retrieval into the agent, so its answers draw on your knowledge and each one can be traced to its source, with an audit trail. The agent goes into production on the grounded layer.

What you getOne agent grounded in production, and a knowledge layer ready for the next use case.

Find the right starting point

Have the agent? Start here. Data not ready? Start with the foundation.

Knowledge Fabric for Agents fits when a specific agent or AI use case exists and what holds it back is the knowledge it can reach. If the data beneath the process is not yet fit for use, start with AI-Ready Data Foundation. If the agent still has to be built into your applications, explore the Agentic Application Launchpad; this layer can then ground it.

Practical questions

Sources, access, errors, timing and cost.

Which sources and formats can you work with?

Sources such as SharePoint, Amazon S3, Google Drive and email, holding text, audio, images and tables. Audio is transcribed so it can be searched.

How do you control what the agent can see?

Access governance is built into the knowledge layer, and retrieval keeps an audit trail, so you can check which sources an answer drew on.

Will the agent stop making things up?

We do not promise that. Grounding means the agent answers from your own sources, and each answer can be traced back and checked.

How long will it take, and what will it cost?

That depends on the sources, formats and access rules involved, and is set when the scope is agreed with you.

Bring us the agent whose answers you cannot yet check.

Tell us what the agent does, where the knowledge it needs is kept, and where its answers fall short. We will help you find a credible place to start.
