After an acquisition, Kohler’s French business faced an invoice process requiring 14 FTEs, with no OCR, high error rates and workarounds to overcome system limitations. In just seven weeks, we redesigned it with ABBYY and UiPath. It now processes 75,000 invoices a year automatically. Verification fell from 12 minutes to 20 seconds, with €1.2M saved in year one.

A global industrial technology group invested the same review effort in every RFQ, regardless of its chance of success, while departments used different scoring criteria. We built an AI application that reads each request, applies consistent scoring and flags risks, while keeping pursuit decisions with the commercial team. The solution saves approximately €570K in annual RFQ processing costs and adds approximately €150M to annual net sales.

Slow data exchange between PLM and ERP systems left AESSEAL’s shop floor waiting for production order lists and teams relying on workarounds. We replaced a decade-old application with LiveLists on Mendix, connecting SAP and Siemens Teamcenter. Order lists now update in real time, down from 3–5 minutes, and the project generated 40 ideas for further applications.

To meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, Freudenberg Sealing Technologies had to track customer quality scorecards that each site collected separately across departments. We automated the collection and monitoring of more than 150 scorecards, with checks ranging from daily to monthly. Bots now notify the relevant teams when action is needed.
